Depends on the size of small. Under about ten yards, a free tool does the job and Yardbook is the obvious one. One or two trucks and a real book, and the thing worth paying for is knowing which yards actually pay - which is where we come in. Ten people or more than one trade, and you want Jobber or Service Autopilot.
