What the service is

LawnMow IT is business management software for lawn care: scheduling, routing, invoicing, photo records, mileage and a customer portal. Using it means you agree to what is on this page.

Your account

You need a Google account to sign in, and you are responsible for what happens under yours. If you set up crew logins, you are responsible for those too, including who you hand them to.

One person or business per account. Do not use it for anything illegal, and do not use it to send anyone messages they have not asked for.

Free plan and subscriptions

The free plan covers your first 10 yards and does not expire. Past that it is $29 a month, billed through Stripe, however many people you put on the truck.

You can cancel any time from Settings. Cancelling stops the next charge and leaves your data in place, so you can come back to it. It does not delete anything; see deleting your account for that.

Refunds

Because the free plan lets you try the whole thing before you pay anything, we generally do not refund a month that has already been charged.

If you think you have been billed by mistake, email pettigrewlabllc@gmail.com within 7 days of the charge and we will look at it properly.

Taking payments from your customers

If you connect Stripe to take card payments, that money is between you, your customer and Stripe. We are not the merchant, we do not hold your funds, and Stripe's own terms apply to that account. You are responsible for the work you invoice for and for sorting out any dispute about it.

Your data is yours

You keep every right to what you put in. We store it to run the service and for nothing else, and we do not sell it. What we hold and who else touches it is set out in the privacy policy.

You can export your invoices and your mileage at any time, and delete the lot whenever you want.

What we do not promise

LawnMow IT is provided as is. We work hard to keep it up and to keep your data safe, but we cannot promise it will never be down and we are not liable for lost business, lost income or lost data.

The weather forecasts and rainfall figures come from a third party and are a guide, not a guarantee. Do not skip a visit on our say-so alone.

Ending it

You can stop using it and delete your account at any time. We can suspend an account that is being used for something illegal or that is causing harm to other people, and we will tell you why if we do.

Changes to these terms

If these change, this page changes and the date at the top changes with it. Carrying on using the service after that means the new version applies.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, in the United States.
